System status
Is it us? The status page checks the platform itself every minute, and every incident and maintenance is announced there.
The status page#
The status page is at https://status.ibel.ai, apart from the platform so it opens even when the platform is in trouble. The foot of every dashboard page shows the overall status ("All systems normal") with a link to it. It is the status of our services, not your projects; for your projects, set up alerts.

- One bad check is not enough: a worse status shows only when seen twice in a row; getting better shows at once.
- Each day on the 90-day bars is the worst status that lasted at least a minute; hover a day for its minutes and incidents.
- Uptime: a minute of major outage counts whole and of partial outage 30 %; degraded counts as up, and announced maintenance is left out.
- Days are Tehran days.
Incidents and maintenance#
Our team posts each incident with its state (investigating, identified, monitoring, resolved) and updates as it goes, in Persian and English, and announces maintenance ahead with its window; maintenance starts and completes on its window. Every past incident stays in the incident history.

Every email and SMS has an unsubscribe link.
From the CLI, an assistant and the API#
Reading the status needs no key. Over MCP, the platform_status and platform_incidents tools give an assistant the same, so it knows whether the platform is at fault before digging into your code.
