Activity and account settings

Every create, change, delete, deploy, invite, role change and sign-in in the team is recorded: who, what and when. Times show in the time zone and calendar you chose.

Team and project activity#

Team activity is in Team settings → Activity, and a project's activity in Project settings → Activity. Each row shows the person (avatar and name) or the API key, a readable sentence about what changed, and the time ("3 minutes ago", with the exact date and time when you hover it). Rows are grouped by month; "Load more" brings the next page.

Lists and detail pages also show who created or changed something, and when: projects, deployments, variables, databases, caches, buckets, domains, members, keys, alerts and support cases.

FilterWhat it keeps
personWhat one person (person:<uuid>) or one API key (key:<id>) did
projectA project's events and the ones that name it (domains, variables, alerts)
typedeploy, project, env, domain, store, team, key, alert, billing, auth, support
from · toA day (2026-11-04, the whole day in your time zone) or an ISO 8601 time
curl -H "Authorization: Bearer $KEY" \
  "https://api.ibel.ai/v1/audit?type=deploy&project=my-api&from=2026-11-01&limit=20"
# {"events":[{"id":4120,"actor":"person:…","action":"function.deploy","target":"my-api","detail":{…},"at":"…"}],"actors":{…},"next_before":4101}

# the next page
curl -H "Authorization: Bearer $KEY" "https://api.ibel.ai/v1/audit?type=deploy&project=my-api&before=4101"
In MCP, the list_audit tool takes the same filters. Each page carries next_before; send it back as before for the next page. It is null on the last page.

Account settings#

Open Account settings from the user menu. Name, avatar, email and mobile number (each change is confirmed with a code sent to the new address or number), language, time zone, calendar (Jalali or Gregorian), date format and theme are here. Sign-in methods (codes, authenticator app, GitHub) and sessions are under Security.

Every date and time in the dashboard, the console and the docs follows these choices: the default time zone is Asia/Tehran, the default calendar is Jalali in Persian and Gregorian in English, and digits follow the language.

API
curl -X PATCH -H "Authorization: Bearer $SESSION" \
  -d '{"time_zone":"Europe/Berlin","calendar":"gregorian","date_format":"long"}' \
  https://api.ibel.ai/v1/auth/profile
Account settings belong to the person, not to an API key: GET and PATCH /v1/auth/profile work only with a sign-in session. null puts a choice back on its default.
